If no one is home when our driver arrives for delivery, they first contact the recipient in order to request further assistance, such as a safe place to leave the order or a neighbour they can deliver to. If they are not able to reach the recipient, then our team from the office will try to reach out to the recipient and the person who placed the order.


In the event we are not able to reach anyone on the contact numbers provided and there is no safe place to leave the order, no neighbour or there are fresh products on the order, our driver will leave a we missed you card so the recipient can reach out to us and a re-delivery can be arranged. Please email our support team on support@linastores.co.uk and we would be happy to arrange a re-delivery on our next available delivery date.
